AutoAlliance Franchisee Training

Training for new franchisees is a comprehensive 2 day event. We start with some basic computer skills to make even a first-time computer user comfortable with the technology. For this portion of the training process, we use highly regarded video training tapes along with classroom question and answer sessions to provide a productive learning environment. Next we cover the day to day operational procedures of your 21st Century AutoAlliance based business. This includes some insights into doing service work for the automotive industry and some of the unique aspects of this type of work.

Finally, we discuss the proven marketing techniques of selling your service to the automotive industry and even use role-playing exercises to help you get the feel of offering your services to an industry that needs your work.
